Earlier today I was having an interesting discussion on how people never really think about the meaning behind the lyrics of a song. So my question to anyone who reads these journals is...What Lyrics mean the most to you, post them and tell me how you interpret them. In my opinion it is all of Coldplay's music that really gets to me. The lyrics are sometimes historical events, other times very meaningful and involve real life problems. It can explain everyday life for anyone. It is pretty amazing how some musicians are able to incorporate that into their music. It isn't always about sex and drugs which is what I like the most about meaningful lyrics. Anyways what lyrics do you enjoy? And why? how do you interpret them?
